It all started when…

I asked my husband Mo what I should do next when I described to him my ideas. He said “Carol, it sounds like you want to blog.” It wasn’t quite the answer I was expecting, but I trusted his instinct. He is also the genius behind the name waffles & wine. I coined the remaining portion with a favorite coworker (you know who you are!) and felt so super cool, smart and talented when we realized the idea was truly about each days journey, you know….. from breakfast until dinner. You know…waffles with breakfast, wine with dinner… get it? (insert laughter here) It’s amazing the amount of talent you have wrapped up in your mind when you take the time to let it marinade and surface. I hope you know the talents you have waiting to surface my friends!
